I am now an athlete.

I have now exercised for four days in a row.

I am expecting offers for product endorsement any day now.

I have lost two pounds! Wii fit is so proud of me and I am embarrassed to admit how much this approval means to me.

One of the few things that I enjoy about exercising is how virtuous it makes me feel. The fact that the laundry is all caught up and the house is clean makes me downright saintly.

Hmmm. How should I reward myself for such noble efforts?

Junk! Tomorrow is junk day and I cannot wait!

Just a heads up- this is going to be one of those "boring housewife nonsense" posts. You could safely stop here and not miss much.

Did you notice that I changed my banner?

Go ahead and refresh, I'll wait.

Isn't it lovely? I will not tell you how long it took me to do it, but I'm pretty sure that my Grammy could have figured it out more quickly than I did.

Anyway, as indicated by my banner, this is the time of year when I become obsessed with the ten day weather forecast searching for this:

Snow
32°F

I really love a blizzard, but will settle for snow showers if I must. As the ten day forecast gets closer to Christmas I watch and pray for a snowy white Christmas.

Guess what else I did today? I bought 19 items in the 12 items or fewer lane.

I am even boring me.

Please god, let something even remotely interesting happen tomorrow.

If you made it this far you should get an award.

Why are you still reading this? It's awful! Go read a book and have a cup of tea.

I'm going to go try to pretend that this post never happened.

Way to go, Sporty One!
I love your new banner!
I can't wait to see the junk you come home with tomorrow.
I want snow so I can have a snow day. THEY ARE blissful.

I love the new banner! And a double Woot! Woot! for your 4 day exercise milestone. Don't put too much faith in the 10-day forecast. They couldn't even get it right 12 hours before Wednesday's "blizzard." At least not for Portsmouth. The only thing they seem to be nailing is the wind speed.

I made a plan to head out into the jungle of shopping tomorrow then looked at TWC ~ it's gonna feel like single digits here with the wind chill. I just want to cry. And I'm a little worried I'll get blown away if I go out. Hold on tightly to Lily's hand; she's in more danger than I am. Happy junking.

I don't care how mundane you think your blog is...I get into the office and read it every morning, first thing after I out music on (still WPLJ).
I only hope for the new year that I can put my mind into being as diligent as you at keeping up with my blog! Mind you this is NOT a resoluion, I don't make them becuase I never keep them.
Either way you are an inpsiration to me...hope you get some really great holiday junk. Happy Channukah to you and the family!

I totally look forward to your blogs and they are the highlight of my facebooking world. It is so refreshing to know another silly person who's cleverer than I. :)

Even I must join in a hearty HUZZAH for blizzards and TRUE whomps of snow (5 inches or more). THATs the kinda snow that COUNTS! yippiee!

OMG I am SO full of myself when I get into the 10 items or less lane with more. It practically makes my hour. I'm not even a housewife really! (More like a cat slave). - Ms. TT

Congrats on the exercising!! Well Done You!
I loved the rest of your post. I properly gasped at the 19 items in the 12 items lane! You are a rebel!!
Sorry you hoped for exciting though. I'm commenting backwards and I know your sweet puppies, well you know. I hope for less excitement tomorrow! hehe
Hugs, Lisa
